Find an elevated surface such as a bench, stairs or table. The higher the surface the easier it will make this movement. If you are not sure what you can do, we suggest using the highest surface you can find and then going to lower surfaces if it is too easy.
Place your hands on the surface shoulder width apart. Keep your back and core tight, making your body straight like a board. Lower yourself controlled down to the surface, touch lightly with your chest and then push back up.
