We noticed that fitness trends were starting to get away from bodyweight training and more towards the gym. We want to inspire people to try out Calisthenics and see how great of a training system it can be. A lot of people believe you will lose muscle if you do Calisthenics but that is simply not the case. They also believe that you can not use progressive overload because you are limited by your bodyweight. That is simply not the case as well!
With this website we want to dispell those myths, share motivational videos and information in the Calisthenics community and bring about a Calisthenics Revolution!
